About The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the recruitment and placement of Non Clinical temps to meet demand within our client hospitals.

This will include analysing demand from Hospitals and working with the Non Clinical service delivery teams and team managers to operate a recruit to demand model that meets the targets to increase shift fill. You will be responsible for attraction of candidates, recruitment administration, post and pre interview and the subsequent placement of these applicants with the client.

You will be homebased but occasional travel (approximately once per month) to our Leeds office is required once a month.


About The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate that is able to work with our clients, to build and maintain effective working relationships, to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their permanent requirements.
 
The successful candidate will have: 
  • Experience of working in a recruitment environment as a Consultant or a Resourcer
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word and Excel
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner to communicate with a broad range of people
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within a busy team
  • Ability to use own initiative in an appropriate manner and work without direct supervision
  • Logical and creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven ability to work to set KPI’s
