Business Analyst

Role summary:

NHS Professionals are undertaking an unprecedented transformation across their organisation and we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a fundamental role in this exciting programme.

As a key member of the Business Analyst team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation together with Product Managers, Change Managers and Project Managers to support this transformation programme and ultimately support the NHS in delivering critical frontline services.

This opportunity will allow you to utilise your existing skills and experience whilst we support you in developing your skills further. You will be working with a friendly, growing team and will have the opportunity to help shape the way we support the transformation programme. It’s a great time to join us!

Customer experience and service delivery are front, and centre of NHS Professionals and this role is responsible for analysing gaps in current service delivery, proposing solutions to improve this and identifying and mapping future business processes that will enhance customer experience. You will have excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders to understand their needs and drivers, the agility to work across multiple projects, be a true team player and enjoy working at pace in an environment that never stands still.

 

About The Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Experience in process analysis
  • Experience in requirements analysis
  • Experience of working in a change management environment
  • Experience of evaluating and implementing complex business change
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt the most appropriate approach to achieve the business needs.
  • Ability to influence individuals or groups from other business areas in order that solutions or requirements are clearly identified, and appropriate actions implemented.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with project teams to ensure optimum outcome for the project.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visio
