About The Role

IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

REMOTE WORKING WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL

FULL TIME HOURS 37.5 PER WEEK

£20,000 PER ANNUM

PERMANENT

Monthly travel is a mandatory requirement for this position, travel, food and overnight expenses will be paid.

Please note overnight stay will be required and could be up to 2 weeks at a time (with coming home at the weekend)

We are currently seeking an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Implementation Onboarding Team. 

The implementation Coordinator is crucial to the Bank Member experience from the start of their journey with the face-to-face interaction based on site at our partnering trusts to handholding the applicant through the process to reduce the time it takes to book their first shifts and the number of restrictions applied to a profile.

Implementation support applicants who are TUPE transferring to NHSP and our team are responsible for carrying out initial RTW checks and reviewing/repairing compliance. This process allows the worker to begin working whilst undergoing the recruitment process 

What you will be doing:  

  • Ensure applicants are fully compliant (in line with Home Office and NHSP guidelines) and they remain compliant throughout their time with NHSP to ensure they can access shift without delays.
  • Deliver a pro-active, positive applicant experience and aim for first contact resolution with every interaction.
  • Keep up to date with all training and scripts and promote an environment of trust and inclusiveness for ongoing best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Provide a friendly and effective onboarding management process based on internal and external feedback, decreasing the time to book first shift and zero tolerance for restrictions.
  • Deliver results through agreed objectives and KPI’s and targets which are in line with operational and client needs.
  • Act in the best interest of the applicant always, keeping them up to date on their journey and engaged in the process with the aim to reduce time to hire.


About The Candidate

We’d love to meet someone who:   

  • Has the ability to work under pressure and own your own workload
  • Customer Service Experience, using all channels of communication and Face to Face interaction
  • Any Experience or Knowledge of compliance issues and regulatory environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Research and reporting skills
