Role summary:

We have an exciting opportunity and looking for an individual that can provide excellent customer support to our client site. This is a critical role for the local NHS Trust and provides on-site customer support for the Trust medical workforce teams and managers and Doctors Direct doctors ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful. Both the Trust and the Doctor will look to the on-site Trust Services Team (TST) for support and will expect expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution.

The aim of the on-site team is to facilitate filling bank shifts whilst ensuring the doctors requirements are also met or exceeded. Key to success in this role is to establish strong working relationships with both the medical workforce teams and doctor communities, prioritising pro-active tasks to pre-empt process or service issues with the end goal of delighting our customers; our aim is to be a “customer obsessed” organisation. Key to this role is uncovering demand from our customer, however tactically understanding the candidate pipeline to ensure we are uncovering the right demand.

In addition to supporting the customer this role will also include some management and support for Trust Service Partners to support the Client Operations lead, at your aligned trust as well as other NHSP clients. The post holder will deputise for the Client Operations Lead when required as well as take a role in driving new initiatives to help support growth for Doctors Direct, e.g. Substantive Recruitment.

About The Candidate
 
To be successful in this role, you will be able to/have:
 
  • Demonstrable on-site account/customer management experience
  • Able to follow and adhere to processes and procedures
  • Have experience with dealing with complaints and finding a resolution
  • Be able to Identify service improvements and working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement then
  • Excellent customer service/retail in an environment where delighting the customer is the core focus
  • Ability to deal with high volume internal and external customer enquiries and conflicting priorities
  • Can work as player that actively supports all internal colleagues
