Role summary:
In this critical role, the Business Change Manager will own and drive the change initiatives associated with the ATS delivery, ensuring successful adoption and integration across NHSP, clients and partners.
This role will be pivotal in fostering engagement, ensuring adoption, and enabling stakeholders to transition away from legacy systems.
Additionally, this role is responsible for identifying the impact of change across the business, stakeholder analysis, creation and delivery of business change plans, engaging and communicating across the business to articulate the business benefits and how change will impact the identified personas/roles across NHS Professionals.
The Business Change Manager will be required to work closely with project teams, frontline staff and senior managers from all areas of the organisation to understand the impact of change across People, Process, Technology and Data to successfully implement and embed new ATS solutions.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy and plan aligned with the ATS programme
- Evaluate readiness for change
- Develop and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Produce change packs that are clear and concise so that Managers can be coached to deliver change
- Monitor progress and address any resistance to change
- Create and deliver training programmes to ensure that employees have the knowledge to deliver
- Mitigate service continuity risk as the project delivers through Hypercare support
- Support delivery or necessary Hypercare during and post go-live
Whilst this role works within the ATS project, a significant amount of time will be spent engaging and working with key business functions in terms of those that will be part of enabling change and those that will be impacted by change.
This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to work predominantly from home. However, there may be occasional travel to your nearest office—either Hemel Hempstead, London or Leeds for team meetings.
