About The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to
  • Provide 3rd Level technical support to IT Service Teams on all technical issues.
  • Day to day involvement of all internal and external IT Support issues.
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, procurement, implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of NHSP infrastructure solutions.
  • Build and implementation of IT infrastructure to support business operations at NHSP 3rd Party Business Continuity location.

About The Candidate
The successful candidate will have technical experience gained in at least 2 roles in different organisations, supporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies and solutions.
 
You should be educated to A-Levels or equivalent.
Any additional IT industry certifications would be desirable.
 
In addition, you should also have a hands-on consultative approach to working with the company’s customers and directly with senior management and technical staff.
Experience working with Windows Server and Windows Server technologies, networking, group policy etc.
 
Skills with the below technologies would be beneficial:
Azure Cloud services
Office 365
Dynamics 365
Citrix Technologies (Netscaler, Virtual Apps and PVS) 
VMware vSphere
