Customer Support Advisor
Hi, I'm Binie and I'm a Customer Support Advisor for our National Service Centre.

Why did you choose NHS Professionals?

I joined NHS Professionals in November 2021. Like many, I was blown away by how amazing the NHS was during COVID-19, and I was looking for an opportunity to give something back.

The role itself offered excellent work/life balance – I can work from home while supporting the NHS, and our 8-week shift rotation means I can plan my work life around my home life!

What does your role involve?

My role here at the NSC involves directly speaking with our Bank Members and NHS Trusts to help and support them with any queries they may have. This could involve things like booking shifts for Bank Members, answering pay and holiday queries, or assisting with any training requests.
My role is varied as every call is different and it’s really rewarding too.

What do you love most about working at NHS Professionals?

NHS Professionals is a brilliant organisation to work for and they really care about their employees. The support from management is fantastic and the training you receive prior to starting your role really helps you succeed and be the best you can!
