About The Role

Are you looking for something which you can mould and make yours?

Role summary:

If so, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for someone to be the face of the Doctors Account based on site at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

You will be working in a small team but you will need to be able to work independently and take full ownership on a day to day basis. 

Skills/Responsibilities:

This is a busy but rewarding role involving a large variety key tasks

  • Account management working alongside stakeholders
  • Onboard new workers
  • Support compliance maintenance
  • Produce and analyse data from our in house systems
  • Regularly visits wards to meet with managers and Dr's


About The Candidate

To be successful in this post you will need to;

  • Have strong time management and diary skills with the ability to work to priorities and deadlines
  • Be able to work autonomously and are self motivated
  • Ability to negotiate with all stakeholders with tact and discretion
  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across a wide range of professional and managerial groups
  • Have a background of working in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Have strong excel skills
  • A knowledge of the NHS is beneficial not not essential
