About The Role
Do you want to influence and have impact on the future workforce development needs of the NHS?
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a OSCE Trainer to help in the development of our newly formed education and development team. The successful individual will facilitate the delivery of a range of programmes supporting the preparation of International Nurses undergoing the overseas nurse test of competency (OSCE) to gain nursing registration in the UK.

This new initiative builds on the innovative work being undertaken at NHSP to support the NHS workforce development through international nurse and midwifery recruitment, across the UK.

Skills/Responsibilities:

The OSCE Trainer will join the Education Team at NHSP the team who are developing a portfolio of programmes to support international nurses and midwives from their home country through the NMC registration process and making the transition into practice with the NHS.

  • Co-facilitate the 4 Day OSCE Preparation Training
  • Support new programme development
  • Evaluate programme delivery and inform new developments
