We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce System Administrator to join our IT team at NHS Professionals. You will be instrumental in the ongoing administration of our greenfield Salesforce implementation. With a track record of success in leveraging the Force.com platform, you'll help our team work smarter, not harder. Join us and be a part of our journey towards excellence!

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with Salesforce partners, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes.
  • Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
  • System Enhancements: Implement ongoing Salesforce declarative updates and changes in alignment with NHSP's Release Management process.
  • Efficient Deployments: Manage deployments using tools like Gearset as part of NHSP's release management process.
  • Administrative Functions: Handle user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and conduct regular internal system audits.
  • Release Preparation: Prepare for internal and Salesforce releases.
  • Data Management: Oversee Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations.
  • Support Leadership: Lead “Help Desk” triage, prioritise requests, and provide Tier 2/3 SFDC support.
  • Environment Ownership: Take ownership of Salesforce environments.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce.com skillset across the organisation.

About The Candidate
Requirements for Success:

Experience: demonstrable of hands-on Salesforce CRM System Administration
Knowledge: Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Certification: SFDC admin certification (ADM201) or equivalent experience
Skills: Salesforce data loading experience
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, SFDC architecture, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development

This role offers hybrid working, splitting time between either our Hemel Hempstead or Leeds office and remote work.
