About The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll develop deep, collaborative relationships with our key suppliers, ensuring maximum value and effectiveness across cost, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance. Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee supplier service contracts to deliver outstanding value, quality, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving supplier concerns, coordinating responses, and delivering post-incident reviews.
  • Conduct assurance activities to maintain and improve controls, processes, and compliance.
  • Lead service review meetings to drive performance, service improvements, and process excellence.
  • Support the development and oversight of Service Improvement Plans, ensuring timely completion of actions.
  • Embed Supplier Relationship Management best practices and establish yourself as the subject matter expert.
  • Manage contracts with a proactive, commercially focused approach to enhance business services.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to review and optimise supplier contracts, ensuring maximum benefits and cost-efficiency
 

About The Candidate
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in effective contract,
commercial, and service management within a complex multi-source service/supplier environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing performance, SLAs, KPIs, and resolving disputes with a proactive and skilled approach.
