Role summary:

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end analysis and design for major change and transformation programmes
  • Facilitate dynamic workshops to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that deliver real value
  • Produce top-tier deliverables such as process maps, Target Operating Models, and impact assessments
  • Collaborate with project and programme managers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Support testing and business readiness for smooth transitions into BAU
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive success
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovative solutions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Coach and develop Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence

About The Candidate

What we're looking for: 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst delivering transformation across technology and operations
  • Experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts
  • Strong skills in process modelling, requirements definition, and solution design
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro/Mural, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI
  • Ideally, a BCS or IIBA Business Analysis certification and experience in NHS or large-scale transformation programmes
