Please note; this is a 12 months fixed term, maternity cover contract. 
Location; We offer hybrid working for this position, meaning there are options to work from home, however your contractual base will be the closest office to your location. We have offices in Leeds and Hemel Hempstead if you prefer more office days! 
 

Role summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Brand team on a maternity cover basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting our recruitment teams to attract high‑quality talent by shaping how we present our brand, promoting opportunities through the right channels, and delivering targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our internal hiring stakeholders to ensure we reach the right candidates at the right time, supporting our hiring priorities and maintaining a strong candidate experience. This role is responsible for managing and optimising recruitment marketing activity across multiple platforms, including job boards, social channels, and internal recruitment systems (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, CV‑Library, etc.).

This is a hands‑on, collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and continuously improve recruitment marketing campaigns to meet workforce demand across clinical and non‑clinical roles
  • Act as a trusted partner to recruitment teams, translating hiring needs into clear marketing plans and timelines
  • Manage and optimise digital recruitment channels including Google Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta and email marketing platforms
  • Use data, insight and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and clearly report outcomes to stakeholders
  • Lead the development of compelling recruitment content and employer branding, working closely with our digital and design teams
  • Manage budgets, suppliers and commercial activity, ensuring effective spend and strong governance
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent, effective delivery of recruitment marketing services
  • Contribute to business transformation and service development initiatives where required.

About The Candidate

Skills and experience required for this role:
 
To be successful in this post you will need to have:
  • Strong experience in recruitment marketing and talent attraction, combining marketing and hiring expertise
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multi‑channel recruitment campaigns across digital and offline channels
  •  Hands‑on experience managing paid digital channels such as Google Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta and email marketing
  • Strong data analysis and performance optimisation skills, using insight to improve results and measure ROI
  • Ability to create and manage compelling recruitment content that strengthens employer brand and drives applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leaders and clients
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and commercial spend effectively
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, changing environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
  • Good understanding of the NHS or healthcare recruitment environment and its workforce challenges
