We are looking for a Trust Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team!

You will be working on site at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust - a CQC Outstanding trust and leading provider of mental and physical health services. 

Berkshire Healthcare is a community and mental health trust that provides a wide range of services to people of all ages living in Berkshire. With a focus on safe, high quality patient care, supported by continuous improvement and excellent teamwork – you will support and work with the trust as part of the NHS Professionals team.  

 Skills/Responsibilities: 

  • You will support with sourcing and guiding essential NHS workers through our recruitment process
  • From submitting adverts and attending recruitment events, to inducting new starters, you will be involved in each aspect of the candidate journey.

  • You will play an integral role in ensuring staffing requirements are met, so that your local NHS Trust can continue providing safe, effective, and efficient patient care.

An essential requirement of this role is that you must be able to travel to multi sites as part of your role (driving licence and own car preferred). 

The hours of work are 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm on a rota (8.00am - 4.00pm, 10.00am - 6.00pm)

About The Candidate
To be successful in this post you will need to:
  • Deliver activities to attract, register and validate candidates to meet Trust demand and improve Trust relationships, including engaging with, screening and interviewing applicants and successfully processing their applications in a timely and fully compliant manner.
  • Ensure a high level of service is delivered to staff and partner Trusts – working at the frontline developing credibility in service provision through key working relationships.
  • Determine that applicants meet requirements by studying job descriptions and applications against demand.
  • Where required attend key recruitment events including College and career fairs promoting NHSP, particularly flexible employment options.
  • Be passionate about customer satisfaction and lead by example focusing on operational and commercial excellence whilst being able to recognise and drive forward a service development opportunity.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Additional information 

You will be based at London House in Bracknell but will be required to travel to the various Berkshire Healthcare sites on an ad hoc basis.
