We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Driving best practices in Salesforce architecture, integration, and automation.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Customising Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Leading the team to deliver custom solutions that align with business needs.
We offer a hybrid working model for this vacancy with the opportunity for you to spend some time in the office if preferred or working from home. 

About The Candidate

To be successful in this post you will need:
 
  • Demonstratable experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, sharing knowledge and driving innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
