About The Role

At NHS Professionals, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Support Administrator Apprentice to join our Employee Services function and begin an exciting career in Human Resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in HR Support.

About the role

You will work closely with our wider People Team, building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR administration processes
• Responding to employee queries professionally
• Maintaining accurate employee records
• Assisting with onboarding and induction activity
• Supporting recruitment administration
• Working collaboratively across the People Team
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes

Learning and development

Formal learning will be delivered through a specialist national apprenticeship provider, offering:
• Remote and face-to-face learning
• Dedicated tutor support
• Interactive digital learning tools
• Online resources and learner communities
• Practical workplace-based learning
• One-to-one progress reviews

Location

Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid working available – 3 days office / 2 days home.

 Duration: Up to 18 months Qualification: Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship

Assessment Day

We will be holding an Assessment Day on 20th May at our Hemel Hempstead Office so please ensure you are available to attend. Further details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

About The Candidate

To be successful, you will need to:

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English and Maths
• Be 18 or over
• Not currently in full-time education
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• A professional and positive attitude
