Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
NHS Professionals (NHSP) is a progressive and ambitious service provider; we run the largest NHS flexible staff bank, placing highly skilled temporary workers in NHS trusts and healthcare organisations to meet short, medium and long-term staffing needs.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a nationally significant organisation at the intersection of NHS workforce, technology and public service reform.
Originally formed in 2001, NHS Professionals is a multi-award-winning business, that has delivered over 40 million hours of patient care and 5 million shifts throughout last year, working with 140+ NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations across the country.
Working in partnership with NHS trust clients, NHSP provides a service that combines a deep understanding of each trust’s temporary and flexible workforce requirements with the reliability, quality and value for money of a fully managed service. With a strong track record and trusted national presence, we are well placed to respond to an evolving marketplace—harnessing technology, supporting trusts through transformation, and playing an even greater role in addressing workforce pressures.
